Preliminary Assessment / Setting Expectations
Our first job is to define your distinctive needs and requirements. We do this by determining how you want to live and function in your space. Once all the necessary information is collected and a budget is selected, we begin working with contractors to create the ideal layout. As the process continues, we focus on every detail, from determining how to incorporate existing pieces to the new design flow.

Schematic Design / Design Development
Once approved, an overall design concept is created and specific finish and material recommendations are made. As we work with many different materials, renderings, samples, swatches, and visuals will convey the design intent and direction. Next, we bring in our building team and vendors to ensure the plan is meticulously followed.
Phase 3 - Contract Documentation / Product Administration
We believe in being hands-on and will be on the job site as needed to oversee the design's implementation, handle project coordination, and manage scheduling. As the process is a fluid one, some decisions will need to be made immediately, and others down the road, but communication is key. That is why we stay on top of every detail.
